Vytrvalostní běžec

Je vytrvalostní běžec, fitness trenér a učitel. Michal  vystudoval Pedagogickou fakultu UK se zaměřením na tělesnou výchovu, sport a biologii. Již od svého mládí se soustředí na zdravý životní styl a sport. Mezi závody, které si vybírá patří tratě od 5 kilometrů až po maraton, příležitostně také triatlon nebo běh na lyžích. Mezi jeho osobní rekordy patří 10 km (34:17), půlmaraton (1:15:22) a maraton (2:44:00). Jeden z jeho největších posledních úspěchů je 3. místo v závodu Liberec Nature Run v roce 2018 a jeho obhájení v roce 2019, dále 1. místo na ¼ maratonu ve Zlíně a 3. místo v O2 pražské štafetě v rámci série Runczech.
